Guest house and B&B Locum (lodging provided by client *)
  • 4 Star - R575 per day in season / R480 per day out of season
  • 3 Star - R450 per day in season / R400 per day out of season
  • 2 Star - R380 per day in season / R325 per day out of season
plus commission of 5% of gross revenue (less VAT)

Contact us for rates where we provide our own accommodation.
House Sitting  (live-in only, provided by client *)
  • Without pets - R250 per day
  • With pets (up to 3) - R285 per day
  • More than 3 pets - R325 per day

Travelling  First 50km from home base (Cape Town) no charge, thereafter AA Rates per km.
 
(Rates quoted are subject negotiation. We offer a discount based upon length of engagement, our monthly day rates are reduced by 10%)
